Dear Crystal Stix,

I got my stix several months ago, and as I'm sure most people do, I had a great time with them from the beginning. I made rapid progress, until on April 1st I was forced by fate to stop.

You see I had gone to a picnic by Seminole Lake, and was having a great time with my friends, (Playing stix with a couple of them) until I went out for a quick ride on my friends jet ski.

Five minutes later, I was on my way to the emergency room, after having crashed into land, because I had been unable to get the jet ski to turn.

Luckily for me, I only broke my thumb, but I had to wear a cast on my right thumb, and wrist for the next two months, and of course by the end of that time my hand and wrist were quite weak from lack of use.

My doctor said to be patient, because after having a broken bone, it takes time to regain strength. Also, of course, at the time my hand and wrist hurt almost constantly, just from attempting to use them normally.

Imediately, when the cast came off, I forced myself to start using my stix again. It was painfull, but in a way it really felt quite good, just to be able to do it again.

Now, less than two months after I got my cast off, I probably would forget about my accident completely, if it weren't for the scars on my hand. I now have regained full range of motion in my hand, and my wrist, and I'm as strong as I ever was.

The doctor won't say one way or the other, whether the stix really helped me, but I know that I'd still be working to heal if I hadn't discovered this wonderfull "toy."
