Hello: Hi my name is Christopher. I recently bought a set of Crystal Stix and I am a fan. I have a mental illness and I use them as part of my therapy. They are a release of emotions and a great stress relief. I use them every day and also incorporate them into my juggling activities also used in my therapy.
