If your picture isn't on your computer - scan it or have it scanned.

If it is not in JPEG format - convert it to JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg)

Use pic1.jpg, pic2.jpg, etc... for your picture file names.

|
Make sure each Picture does not exceed 40 KB in size.

|
Pictures larger than 500 x 420 pixels
will be reduced in dimension. |

If sending more than one picture, ZIP them and save them in pics.zip
|
|

|
Send the Picture(s) as a MIME Attachment using e-mail.
|
|

|
Include your Name or your Group Name in your e-mail.
|
|

|
Include a brief One Line Description for each Picture sent and ...
|
|

|
Be sure to Identify which Description goes with each picture file name.
|
|

|
For each Picture - The Characters in
your Name And the Description should NOT Exceed 100. |
