Crystal Stix are becoming a favorite family activity. So many times a family will take home a set of Stix from one of our festivals only to come back for more sets so everyone can play at once!

Stix can bring kids, parents, brothers, sisters and friends all to a common ground. We always see kids wanting their parents to play Stix with them. Kids also love to "teach" their parents and other adults how. This is a great self-esteem builder for kids and a fun way to get parents and kids to communicate. Doing Stix is a great way to loosen up and start talking to each other.

Stix games are fun - tossing the baton back and forth or around a big circle with more than one baton going around - one handstick each and a little skill is all you need for this one. Make up your own game - the one who keeps the Stix in the air the longest gets the prize.

Music always brings people together, and doing Stix to music is the best! This could be a great opportunity to share some of your favorite old sounds. Groups like Led Zeppelin, Santana, Pink Floyd, and The Doors are great for Stix playing or listen to some of the younger generations' music like Will Smith, 'N Sync, Brandy and the Backstreet Boys. Have everybody go to Sam Goody and pick out some Stix music together. What a great way to have something hip and new in common with your kids or parents.
